As for additional work which is categorized as any work that is not a part of the floor plan with an exception to the roof or other attached home accessories, pricing may be conducted into a flat fee via negotiation between homeowner and business owner. Price per square footage falls into a range of 20-35 cents per square foot for that is the median range that we find most suitable to cover our overhead costs which include the industrial equipment and operating costs of the business in its legal entity. We would most definitely prefer to meet our clients in person but we understand that your time is just as valuable as ours which is why it is not required that you must be present during the quote. All we require for your quote is that we have access to make the proper measurements around the property prior to our arrival on that day to ensure the best convenience for both of us.

No you do not have to be present during the job as long as we have already discussed and settled payment plans but we do require that all children and pets are placed inside during the job to ensure their safety as well as ours. In addition to that we would greatly appreciate it if you would move all furniture and accessories away from the house to avoid any excess spray to anything other than the house. We would also like all windows, doors, hatches, entries to the house to be closed and sealed tightly to avoid any excess spray to anything other than the exterior side of the house. In regard to the electric panel/box, our business takes initiative in protecting the water sensitive areas of high voltage so rest assured that this will be covered and protected during the job.

Softwashing in its own nature is entirely different from pressure washing. The most distinct difference that you may have already known to be true is that there is no pressure involved in the soft wash method and you would be correct about that. Pressure washing is the post rinse of a soft wash and sometimes there may not even be an initial softwash required depending upon the job. As reiterated before, the softwash method uses a water, chemical, surfactant mixture which is applied prior to the rinse to remove all organic and inorganic stains. However pressure washing does not mean that there is an extremity of water pressure being applied for every rinse again because this is dependent upon the type of job.
